OK, I think I have it now. http://joggler_ip/picts/installer is how to install it (I read it that this was the target directory for the installation rather than the installer).
And the Admin menu options are accessible from the gallery3 when viewed via the browser.
Thanks for your guides.

Answered my own question, but not in the way I expected. Just in case this is of use to someone else... Problem: wanted to use a folder of images on my Home Server as a screensaver, but didn't know how to point SqueezeplayOS to the appropriate folder. Solution: there's a 3rd party plugin for Logite...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & sqpOS)
Can anyone help please? Is anyone using the image viewer to view images on a network drive? I have this working - it's set as local storage, I have the path '/mnt/NAS/Pictures' and it just works - sorry I can't help much more than that. Thanks for that. I'm sure I had it working at some point in th...

Re: Joggler wont boot from internal MMC Drive
Just download Mint for the Joggler and make yourself a bootable USB PEN drive. Boot into Mint and run Gparted (you might have to download and install it into mint) See this http://fullspeedforever.wordpress.com/nerdish/using-gparted/ All you need to do is select the MMC, delete the 4 partition &...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Standalone Native and Ubuntu)
I haven't determined the cause of the 'dmix' issue. My hunch is a problem within the Alsa library, but I don't know for sure. One thing that appears to resolve it 'on the fly' is to close and reopen the relevant Alsa device. That happens every time a stream with a different sample rate is played ba...

At that point usb was not plugged in. Have tried to do it all to usb since then still get an error message but no matter how many times I download the Win32DiskImager tool I can't see a file with img.gz. Right now usb is in. Downloaded (for nth time the diskimager) and theoretically unpacked it. St...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & sqpOS)
Environment: This is running on xubuntu 12.04. Long shot: Wouldn't be 32bit/64bit library issues, would it ? Joggler is a 32 bit system. You don't indicate whether you're running a 32bit or 64bit version. I have heard that a 64bit system may require additional 32bit library support, but I have no p...

Is there a logfile that squeezeplay writes to? It has crashed on me twice since I started trying it on xubuntu 12.04. There was, but I disabled it a little while ago because it hadn't been much use. Does anybody has trouble booting this version? I't flickers and hangs after passing the grub menu, on my joggler. :( I've tried both the base and the ubuntu image. I had no trouble booting previous versions... (they still work >> so it's not hardware) Working ok here..with Xubuntu btrfs version.

Re: Reflashing Tool for the O2 Joggler
Sorry if this is not posted in the correct place. I think I have tried reflashing about 12 times now (over 6 months) without any luck. Feels like I am missing something very basic. I have followed the quick instructions and the full version. I am using a 8GB Sandisk USB stick (previously unused) in...
