Re: SqueezePlay OS (Version 2) for Joggler
Ha! Sometimes it pays to be lazy. I've been without sqp for almost 3 months. Image broke. Couldn't decide whether to do simple rewrite using old backup or move to the latest image so in the end, as I've been so busy, I did nothing. Would you believe I finally had some free time this morning so decid...

Re: Best USB stick for Joggler?
I'm pretty happy with the integral usb flash so far. Because I got the 8GB sticks, the write speed is somewhat slow at 5MB/second (or a bit over). Read speed is excellent though - not actually tried them in a USB3 port to check the top read speed, but the packaging claims 80MB/s. It maxes out USB2 ...

Yes I am (using your thingy I mean) Don't worry, your instructions do make sense and I really appreciate your help. Ta! Will dig around a bit more for a solution before I do the downgrade. Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler
Thanks BuZz. (It took 23 hours...but despite a constant, albeit slow, display of various 'things' being installed nothing happened. The system tells me I'm still on xbmc 13  ) Has anyone successfully applied the 1 channel proxifier fix on a joggler? Won't work on my joggler but has worked on my...

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler
I tried to move to frodo using the sudo apt-get command. 2 and a half hours later it's still updating. Seems rather a long time to me. Is that normal or should I be concerned about what i'll find in the morning?

Re: Installed the Joggler in the wall (p2)
Looks good.
Interesting how some spouses 'allow' holes to be cut in walls or kitchen doors for mounted jogglers. Never gonna happen in my home!
(besides, it'd never work with our height difference )

Re: speakers upgradable / replacable??
Is the existing 3.5mm jack plug at the back usable via the internal soundcard? Or is that just the two little speakers? Yes. Just plug the speakers in the jack and it takes over from the built in speakers. No need to switch to external source in settings. Definitely the case for pnp iii and from wh...

Re: SqueezePlay OS for Joggler
I need to re-create my usb. I was going to use my backup but it's an older version (there have been 2 updates since). I've read the changelog - are any of the improvements significant to it's performance? Should I start from scratch? TIA.
