Hopefully O2 will come through and not leave a lot of customers in the lurch. At the very least a final Image should be made
available to all those who have had issues over the last few weeks

OK. I updated using the 1st new firmware that O2 asked Buzz to try. Then it got updated over the air. However in my attempt to install PNPIII I had a problem and lost a few key files - my own fault really. No problem (I thought) - I reinstalled the new firmware. It now won't update automatically.
