Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & SQPOS)

Can LMS be downloaded in anyway onto the internal squeezeplay OS? If not, I need to find an alternative way of using the joggler as a server.

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & SQPOS)

I have no LMS at the moment. It was on the external squeezeplay os USB that died. I don't have a device that I can download it to as none of my hardward (except phone, tablet or joggler) is on 24/7.

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & SQPOS)

Hi The USB running Squeezeplay OS on my jogger finally died. After several years! After 2 nights spent tearing my hair out I finally managed to get Squeezplay v3.03 for openframe onto the internal memory. However I'm now wondering if this image is no longer recommended? Years later I wonder do...

Re: Working Joggler available.

Hi Pete. I'm very well thanks. Good to see you're still fiddling with these trusty workhorses! Down to my last 3 jogglers now. 1 is in constant use running squeezeplay. 1 spare (just in case Joggler 1 croaks) and 1 offered here to go to a new home. I think I'll pop it on ebay as i'm a firm believer ...

SOLD - Working Joggler

Hi. I have a working Joggler available. I've just reflashed it. Comes complete with original box, power pack and network cable. The only thing I did notice was a slight low buzzing so not sure whether that's an overall audio thing. I'm open to any offers on price. I would prefer a local buyer who is...

Re: PnP III v3.50: Enhance the standard OS - DOWNLOAD HERE!

That's all folks! :( IT'S A SAD DAY, BUT I'M OFFICIALLY CALLING TIME ON PnP III DEVELOPMENT :( As you've probably noticed, it's a year (where has it gone?! ) since I last updated anything on PnP III. During that time we've seen the BBC iPlayer app, Accuweather (without getting y...

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler (discontinued)

Hi Pete I've only just seen that you have been adding to this post. I think, because you edited an existing post rather than create a new one people may have missed that you have actually created an image with a link to download it! I'll definitely try this out for you but it's unlikely to be for a ...

Re: Ubuntu / Xubuntu for the O2 Joggler.

Another option - there is a music player addon in xbmc called xsqueeze which connects to your logitech media server so you don't need to exit xbmc.

Re: Is iPlayer dead?

Ramtec, for live streams make sure you use the most recent release of iplayer as it feels like Buzz has been working his nuts off to get live streams working. Thanks Buzz.

Re: Is iPlayer dead?

There is an iplayer app for the native os on pnpIII but it stopped working due to the changes introduced by the beeb. Live feeds worked for a while but they've stopped too (on my jogglers anyway).

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler (discontinued)

A build that loads straight into xbmc like illiac's? Not sure what new features are available but that had all the basics, so 14.04 with something similar to the original would be great! Or were you going to have a desktop with an icon for xbmc? In which case squeezeplay installed alongside it would...

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler (discontinued)

Yeah, that's the final image.

It should work. If it doesn't we can look at how to get you a copy of mine (but that shouldn't be necessary).

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler (discontinued)

It's definitely possible to update from the illiac's final image. It's what I used.

Is your joggler connected to the internet via wifi or ethernet? If Wifi, connect with ethernet instead before you try to update.

Re: [RELEASE] XBMC for O2 Joggler (discontinued)

First check your version number by going to system and then system info (I think).

I had problems updating by telnet. Try doing it in Putty instead.
