Re: PnP III v3.60 July 2017 Update
Thanks Craig, I haven't been on here for a looooong time, but just installed PNP III this afternoon and once I found the right USB stick, it installed like a dream.

Joggler for Sale - working, reflashed
Hi It's long time since I've been on this site, but in the interests of recycling I have a working, boxed 02 Joggler for sale. Flashed today with the latest OpenPeak firmware 30300. Looking for £40 including shipping to UK. Paypal or Bank Transfer. I'm in Derbyshire in case you want to collect or ne...

Re: Help with Android 4.04 build please
Thanks, I'm looking for a solution that will run tunein and a generic upnp player. Even if this isn't stable yet, is this likely to be a goer? Do I just need to write the img file to a stick using WinDisk 32?

I have 2, both need reflashing - my current set of USB sticks are not recognised. Still have all original boxes. PM me if you are interested.

Re: SqueezePlay OS + mains power loss = no boot?
It's unlikely an EFI fault as you'd not be able to restore to factory OS or external OS and it would stay permanently on the logo until you had the opportunity to flash the EFI chip on a working Joggler.. Even in such cases I would keep trying to use the reflash tool until it became ridiculous to d...

Re: 02 Bricked Joggler - No Recovery Options Working - SOLVE
Please, I have dead kitchen joggler that isn't responding to a reflash that previously worked.ilovemyjoggler wrote:@mitch2811: Would you consider writing this as a very basic step by step (for those of us who are complete novices) please? Definitely a post worth bookmarking!

Re: Samba? May be a stupid question
First, you have to install the cifs.ko module. Then you can mount the share on your NAS. To do both things at boot, add a few lines to /etc/rc.local. Beware that the NAS may be unreachable at boot. In this case, before mounting, you have to wait until your NAS replies to a ping. See also the follow...

Re: New version of Connect and Play (uPnP) to test
Hi, I'm far from the best person to try this, but I gave it a go - connected with WINSCP and went to /bin and opened a command window - I pasted in the first line of code, but got a Network is unreachable message. Why are you using WinSCP? You'd be better to use PuTTY. Connect to your Joggler; once...

Re: New version of Connect and Play (uPnP) to test
Please forgive my slowness, for some reason this is a steep learning curve for me. Which file needs editing? This looks like a one off download and install rather than code that should permanently change a file?

Re: cifs samba mounting.
Please have pity on a old noob? I've got a winscp connection to my joggler and really want to get my NAS linked. Can someone gently explain which lines of code go where and how I do that? I've downloaded the cifs.ko module which is sitting in / on the joggler. My NAS lives at 192.168.1.130 the share...

Will this allow me to use UPNP without setting up CIF shares? I'm just not bright enough to use VI.

Re: New OpenPeak firmware update (30th April 2012)
It happens, and it seems to be power surge related. My kitchen joggler has its transformer next to the transformer for the powered speakers it uses, sometimes if I switch the speakers on after the joggler it just freezes. fails and has to be re-flashed.
