No update in Cheltenham yet - don't want it either i like my Joggler just the way it is at the mo!

Could someone clarify something for me re PM's.

I have sent three but they are all sat in my Outbox.

Do i have to make a certain number of posts before PM's are enabled or do they not get delivered until the recipient signs in?

I bought mine a while ago, messed about with Jog-tools and Ubuntu but now it just sits on the kitchen worktop

Should add its in excellent condition.
