Re: SqueezePlay OS (Version 3) for OpenFrame

Hi Hawsey, I’ve been using dd on MacOS and latterly Linux to write the images, so the “show extensions” Windows setting shouldn’t be relevant? The USB stick works fine in the following situations: updating the stock firmware to version 3.3 using roobarb's flashing tool; booting up BuZz’s Xubuntu 14...

Re: SqueezePlay OS (Version 3) for OpenFrame

Make sure show hidden files is ticked in the properties field on your rom file .That had been the issue for me more than once on windows pc , there was an added file extension that I couldn't see until I ticked the box , I just had to rename it and voila it worked after that . Hope that makes sense ...

Re: Plex Media Server on the joggler

To edit within WinSCP you have to log-in as root. You must have set up a root account previously. Try username root and password root. To use a Dot to control squeezeplay you'd have to install the habtunes Alexa plugin. It's a 'closed' alpha test program at the moment ... development to an open bet...

What I've tried till now: the keyboard method seems to partially work, I mean I succeeded to activate the keyboard whi...

Re: PnP III v3.60 July 2017 Update

Good idea about an Airplay PNP III app pukington :-) Kodi won't work on PNP III Kodi ( specially built ) works great on the Joggler using BuZz,s Xubuntu build which also has Squeezeplay on it , it can be set up to auto boot to either . Also your DAC will be fine on that as well if Airplay is what yo...

Hi Castalia how is the Squeeze play Alexa going , have you had a play with it yet.

Re: PnP III v3.60 July 2017 Update

Cheers Craig , the internet black hole is a shame , there should be some massive storage facility somewhere :-) lots of of Original XBOX stuff has gone that way into the abyss :-( . I've noticed on things like BBC bite size for my 7 year old some times they will have an " imbed this in to your own p...
