Re: New Here

Nice one Rory :-)
Other ones to try on Efi boot are Xubuntu ( Linux ) , Squeezeplay OS for music , XP ( some where ) just ask ,
For PNP III look through the PNP thread and post on there , you will get there eventually .

Re: New Here

Now that you are up and running what function would you like the Joggler to do for you ? There is no denying that PNPIII is finger friendly and works well . There is also Squeezeplay OS for music Or Xubuntu , a full blown Linux distribution which runs Squeezeplay also and Kodi amoungst other things ...

Re: New Here

If I remember right PPP III takes ages to work , you make your stick up , plug it in , switch on then go away for a cuppa , 30 mins later come back and it will be done :-) it stops and starts a few times and looks like it is not working but it is .

Re: New Here

Re: Openpeak OPOF2B2110

Yep Pete , I tried two keyboards and two hubs before I got the right combination , keep trying :-)
Make sure you are writing the stick properly ( Xubuntu )

Re: OP2 Software and EFI Difference

And you have Xubuntu on a the usb stick ? Please describe what you downloaded , how you put it on the stick etc to see if we can work out what's going wrong here . I'm sure we will get you going here :-) Once you can boot Xubuntu live off a usb stick then we can work on what to do next , as Pete say...

Re: Openpeak OPOF2B2110

Sorry I'm replying on both threads 8-) Enrico you need to write Xubuntu to a usb stick then connect a usb hub with Xubuntu in port 4 ( if it's a standard hub ) don't ask why ! It does make a difference. Then in another port plug in your wired keyboard then do the blind boot as before . Type escape l...

Re: OP2 Software and EFI Difference

Enrico can you boot up BuZz 's Xubuntu image off an external usb stick ? This does not alter the software already on your device but uses Efi boot .

So rather than try to flash the Squeezeplay OS on to your device , you will boot it up from the stick .

Re: PnP III v3.50: Enhance the standard OS - DOWNLOAD HERE!

Thanks Craig , is a shame but it does work on Android so all is not lost .I tried as suggested but with the same outcome unfortunately .
PNP III is just so finger friendly and with Squeeze play built in as well it would be ideal :-)

Re: PnP III v3.50: Enhance the standard OS - DOWNLOAD HERE!

Trying to get the Amazon Alexa GUI on the browser for PNP III and i get this Did this browser come with the Joggler update or was it made by someone 3rd party style . Would there be any other way to get this to work ? It works on Android on the Joggler . Cheers https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170...
