Re: New ICS build > mporting.com

Great :D It boots fine. I can't get it to shutdown, even after 2 hours of it saying it was shutting down... I pulled the plug and rebooted and had to go through the whole start up initializer again. It has repeated this problem. I can't get it to connect to the internet wirelessly through my router...

Re: New ICS build > mporting.com

OK, I've had to copy the files over from the Alpha3 folder, then copy the files from the Easy_to_use folder, then edit the grub.cfg to change LANG=zh to read LANG=en

Re: Mijuu-based JazzMod ICS v1.0 (Working Market! - LINK UP)

I used a live Linux Mint to do the job :D
ICS runs really well - very good job!

I'm tempted to run LauncherPro though, I need to resize the Clock widget...

Re: Mijuu-based JazzMod ICS v1.0 (Working Market! - LINK UP)

The other download extracted OK. I used unetbootin to write to the USB but there was no difference to the OS when I booted up!! Do you mean from Mijuu's build or did it boot to the stock OS? I use https://launchpad.net/win32-image-writer for writing images rather than unetbootin - had far more succ...

It fails to extract, I'm going to try downloading from a different source to the google docs to see if that works :(

I'm downloading now - very excited to see what the differences are!

Slightly worried though as I'm running 1.2.4 and have had no issues with it...

Re: New Android 2.2.2 Mijuu Build 1.2.4 + Google Apps + Twea

I've installed 1.2.4 and am initially impressed! It is much more responsive than my old android version (2.1 I think). Problems? It wont connect to the internet. It is connected to the network, I can ping it from my laptop, I can connect with adb. Working - I had to manually set the IP and stuff due...

Has Android development stopped?

Have people stopped working on Android for the Joggler now?
2.2 works quite well on mine, a few issues but nothing that would make me run the standard O2 software again!

Re: Worth losing the wifi for an SSD?

I would think that 32Gb would be overkill for the Joggler - have you had a look for a broken Asus Eee to rob the SSD?
