Android images old, out of date and broken
Looks like Android development has atrophied. Found an Android 4 which technically worked but not really usable as a viable system. What a pity as the Joggler looks ideal for Android.

Re: Sudden buffering problem in SqueezeplayOS
Which version of LMS are you using? I had a similar lms lockout using 8.2 - upgrade to 8.3 fixed the problem.

Re: Ubuntu Bionic for OpenFrame
For Openframe 2 wifi (which I can;t get to work at all) would the mediatek modules be useful? Issues If you're using an OpenFrame 2 the wireless connection does work... sort of. Performance is absolutely terrible and I've not been able to do anything about it. Maybe it's my OF2 which is at fault, bu...

Re: SqueezePlay for Joggler (Native, Ubuntu & SQPOS)
LMS on spqOS - help needed! I am having a strange problem using the qobuz plugin on LMS running on sqpOS. The plugin works BUT the album artwork is missing (only the default radio beacon is shown). I think it's a qobuz+sqpOS problem because the Spotty plugin shows images, and Qobuz on a pi LMS also ...

Re: Ubuntu Bionic for OpenFrame
I had plans to use this as a headless server for LMS. LMS installs fine. BUT when I reboot LMS is unreachable (even 'tho top shows it as running). Trying to purge LMS gives a lot of error messages about locked and read only files.
A bit of a shame.

Okay - maybe I'm not understanding this!
1. Boots
2. Can I ssh login?
3. Is wifi enabled on first boot? Where can I set the boot wifi settings (eg. interfaces)?

Thanks - okay [I think I'm rapidly losing it all - no idea any more about many posts, why people ask for help on the most obscure issues ... thank god for BBC podcasts to get some sanity out of the pantomime of nonsense which passes for hews these days! Made the big mistake of watching the brexit de...

Re: Back with LMS and still confused!
Just jumping in here - that 7.7.2 is the version of squeezeplay used to give the menu layout and audioplayer features. The latest sqPOS is 3.03, I believe. DSTM plugin adds a feature to continue playing similar music after your playlist finishes - don't use it myself. I'm sure MinVan will expand and...

Re: Google Home and LMS
Yes [ have dots and echo, and now a home mini. The biggest difference is the sound quality of the mini vs. the dot. Much better, and it has a basic equalizer. It also makes fewer errors in responding. However, the menu of apps/skills is much less than Alexa. Another plus for LMS users is that it can...

Re: Plex Media Server on the joggler
To edit within WinSCP you have to log-in as root. You must have set up a root account previously. Try username root and password root. To use a Dot to control squeezeplay you'd have to install the habtunes Alexa plugin. It's a 'closed' alpha test program at the moment ... development to an open beta...
