Re: 24/96 Squeezeplay and External USB DAC
I have also compiled a very simple step by step guide to installing Squeezeplay OS and EDO onto the Joggler for a hifi forum member who has tested out the instructions and all went well. It also helps me if I ever need to reinstall or update things. Basically you follow the instructions in the word...

Re: 24/96 Squeezeplay and External USB DAC
Would be tremendous if EDO could be added to your Squeezeplay Operating system , rather than having to install yourself, would be a great day indeed. And would help a lot of new audio converts to the a Joggler out in the process, hopefully you'll do this , thanks .

Re: 24/96 Squeezeplay and External USB DAC
I'm really wound up now and shall call it quits for tonight. I tried it again after all the changes but with my Audioquest Dragonfly which it worked perfectly with before. Now that is outputting at extremely low volume Arrrgghhh! Have you attempted to try all your Dacs with the new software version...

24/96 Squeezeplay and External USB DAC
If you can hear music from your dac then for me that's a success?, or are you hearing it via the speaker on the joggler?, maybe your dac doesn't put information to the joggler?, I don't really know. If your looking to find out what bit rates are supported then I'd try downlioading a bit rate test an...

When I disconnect the DAC and choose 'quit' - reboot A. Don't choose reboot , choose "relaunch" please. I then get the spinning wheel which says "Dac not connected". I pass it, go to the digital output screen and don't find my DAC as you described A. Don't go to digital output ,...

To Wayne C ; will I have to do that every occasion I power down please?.[ /quote] Don't think so but these things appear to be a bit temperamental don't they? I often use the Logitech controller and just select "Switch off Joggler" and leave it like that. If I use it with a powered...
