actually the New York thing has stopped, maybe just a default if no file present?
it seems to work ok, so is the modified second line just it's way of showing the last shown location?

Yes, it seems to default to New York if you mess up the xml. Glad it works fine.

Hello

Is it possible to exit Squeezeplay but leave it running in the background? If so, how?

Thanks

Yes. You need squeezelite. Search this thread-it's in here somewhere!

I can't get squeezeplay to update to v.1.58 in pnpIII - tried both the most recent version and an older version of pnp. Has something fundamental changed?

Edit: update to v1.59 worked fine.

Any chance of an update please with the Accuweather fix included? I realise you're busy, but this would save me having to dig out the vi hack every time my Joggler needs a reflash! Thank you.

Hi,

Sorry I haven't had time to implement any of the fixes detailed above into PnP III. :(

I'm afraid life (work, kids, other techy projects, eating, sleeping etc) is rather occupying my...erm...life at the moment. I still keep an eye on this forum to see what folk are getting up to with their Jogglers. I honestly don't know when the next tweak of PnP will be arriving though. Heck, I haven't even gotten around to updating two of my Jogglers to sqpOSv3 yet!

Loving all the tinkering that is still going on though! :D

Is it also possible to run PNPIII of an USB stick? Instead of writing the image to the Joggler itself?

Hello there: I have a problem with the clock. It's not able to sync with the time server after install PNPIII. It was ok when in the clean 30300 version. How can I fix this problem? Thanks

Hmm. Not sure why there's an issue. Syncing after a reflash here. Sorry - I know that doesn't help.

No. But why would you need it? Essentially, squeezeplay OS gives you a squeezebox player which then connects to Logitech Media Server which then provides access to music libraries and internet radio services, etc.

Actually I don't know how to access the hard disk which connected with the router as my media server through LMS , is there any guide for that?
Thanks
